Return & Refund Policy
All Apparel Items
We accept returns on all apparel items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn or unwashed, in original condition, and accompanied by your order number or order confirmation email. Hang tags may be attached or detached.
Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label via email at no cost to you.
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Exchanges
We are happy to exchange any unworn apparel item for a different size at no additional charge. Simply initiate your exchange within 15 days of delivery by contacting us via the contact form or Live Chat at 514apparel.net. Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and ship your new size as soon as the original item is received. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability — if your requested size is unavailable, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method instead.
Custom Slab Cases, Binders & Canvas Art
All custom and made-to-order items (slab cases, binders, canvas art) are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless the item arrived damaged or defective. In that case, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
General
