SHIPPING POLICY
All orders ship as soon as Same day, Standard Processing time is 1-3 Business Days but in some cases may take up to 7 days for fulfillment depending on exact stock/inventory of each specific item at time of purchase/order. Communication via email upon order completion will state estimated order fulfillment timeframe.

Order Processing Time
All INSTOCK orders placed before 2 PM Monday to Friday are processed same day and dispatched within 1-3 business days, all INSTOCK
orders placed after 2 PM will be processed next day and dispatched within 1-3 business days. All orders placed during the weekend or on
a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse 1-3 business days from the next business day following.
Delivery Address
Please note: We are unable to modify the delivery address once tracking has been provided.
International Orders
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
