Order Processing

Orders placed before 2 PM CST Monday–Friday are processed same day. Orders placed after 2 PM CST, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • In-stock apparel ships within 1–3 business days of your order.
  • Custom slab cases, binders, and canvas art are made to order and may require up to 7-10 business days before dispatch. You will receive an email with your estimated fulfillment timeframe after your order is placed.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Free Economy Shipping — USPS Ground Advantage — estimated 6–11 business days
  • Standard Expedited — UPS 2–3 Day Air — $14.99 — estimated 3–6 business days
  • Priority Expedited — UPS 1–2 Day Air — $34.90 — estimated 2–3 business days

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations via DHL Express and FedEx. International orders typically arrive within 9–14 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing.

Please note: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order, as fees can vary significantly by country.

Delivery Address

We are unable to modify the delivery address once tracking has been provided. Please ensure your address is correct before completing your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website.
